How we help you achieve a good physical life

Through building your strength via traditional weightlifting methods, learning the skills of bodyweight training, developing your athleticism via running, vaulting and jumping systems, moving in nature and climbing practices, and improving your quality of movement, range of motion and joint health with the methods learnt from Movement Culture and the teaching systems of Joseph Bartz. Ultimately a strong and skilful body will help you have a strong and confident mindset.

I love seeing people build their strength, agility and vitality. My ideal day is helping people move with greater confidence and joy. I find a real sense of fulfilment when I see my students overcome a challenge and redefine themselves as stronger, more capable and confident because of the physical attainments they have developed through working together over time.

 

I look forward to sharing the lifetime of training, movement and sport that has shaped my practice over the last 15 years working in the fitness industry and has helped support the health of people from all walks of life.
