I love seeing people build their strength, agility and vitality. My ideal day is helping people move with greater confidence and joy. I find a real sense of fulfilment when I see my students overcome a challenge and redefine themselves as stronger, more capable and confident because of the physical attainments they have developed through working together over time.

My name is Doug Foot and I run an integrated health practice offering a range of therapies including counselling, psychotherapy and acupuncture. Wellbeing therapies London run by Doug Foot is a Counselling, CBT, Psychotherapy & Acupuncture Clinic based in the City & Forest Hill.
Peter Schimke, British-trained osteopath, Master of Osteopathy degree from the British School of Osteopathy (now University College Osteopathy).
All aspects of your body and life are considered during your treatment with Peter; leading to innovative solutions to your health concerns.
Peter uses a structural, biomechanical approach as well as more indirect techniques like cranial osteopathy. This he does in conjunction with self-care advice and education. Giving you the tools to manage your own fitness and health through exercise or lifestyle changes, thereby reducing the need or dependence on treatment.

My name is Elisabeth and I’m a London-based nutritional therapist.
I qualified from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in September 2016 where I obtained my diploma in naturopathic nutrition. I am a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).
Vicky Newbold, MSc, SENr, ANutr
Vicky is a Registered Performance Nutritionist for a League One Football Club and runs her own private
nutrition consultancy where she works one-to-one with a wide range of clients from elite athletes to
weekend warriors. She has an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and is a Visiting Lecturer at the
The University of Roehampton. When she’s not working in various sports, she takes part in CrossFit and
Olympic Weightlifting for fun and fitness. A love of cooking and eating good food means enjoyment is a
key part of any strategy she will recommend!

David is an excellent personal trainer. His sessions are huge fun and the variety of exercises we do have improved my strength, flexibility and my body feels completely different. He is very professional, and he has years of experience working to achieve any goals you will have. David’s knowledge of the body and movement is very impressive, he is also very friendly and really helps you feel to motivated to improve your skills.

I have worked with David for nearly three years and still loving it! He is really good at being both supportive and challenging. He brings new ideas to our sessions quite often from his own learning and self-development and makes them relevant to me. I am much fitter and stronger than I was three years' ago and looking forward to the next three years.
I have had a few personal trainers in the past but David really did take it to the next level. Very professional and made it easy for me to understand, not only how to do it in the right way, but why we were doing a particular routine. I also felt that he provided me with all the tools and skills I needed to then continue on my own, however the ongoing motivation, support and measurement was invaluable.
