How we help you achieve a good physical life

With us guiding you on every step of your journey, you’ll build your strength via traditional weightlifting methods; get skilled in bodyweight training; develop your athleticism via running, vaulting and jumping systems, moving in nature and climbing; and improve your quality of movement, range of motion and joint health using methods learnt from Movement Culture and the teachings of Joseph Bartz. Building a strong and skilful body will help you gain a strong and confident mindset.

My name’s David Lawrence and I’ve spent over 15 years helping people just like you to live happier, stronger, healthier lives. Having learnt and practised many disciplines, I’m well placed to meet your needs.

 

  • Certified L3 personal trainer

  • British Weight Lifters' Association (BWLA) coach, level 2

  • Qualified under Joseph Bartz: instructor in the basics of movement (one-year certification)

  • UK Athletics (UKA) level 1

  • Animal Flow level 1

  • Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) tennis coach level 1

  • England Boxing level 1

  • Kettlebell trainer.
